Collaboration with Attorneys & Other Referrals

For Attorneys:  When questions related to disability benefits crop up in a case (as often occurs with settlements and inheritances), we also provide consultation services directly to attorneys.  In many cases, we can help you identify potential benefit issues in advance so that you and your clients can plan ahead and avoid last-minute surprises.  If a Special Needs Trust or other Settlement Trust is the right solution, we can create one that fits the client’s needs.

For Other Professionals:  Angela Macey-Cushman and Denelle Reilly are happy to accept direct referrals from other attorneys, financial planners, social workers, and other professionals.  Please let us know if you believe we would be the right fit; we are happy to tell you more about our practice if this will help you to make a good referral.
